I believe every student deserves access to high-quality literacy instruction, and every educator deserves the knowledge, tools, and support needed to make that instruction effective.

I am an experienced literacy leader, instructional coach, and education consultant dedicated to helping schools strengthen literacy instruction, develop teacher capacity, and build sustainable systems that improve student outcomes.

I hold a Principal Certification and am a Structured Literacy Certified Teacher with a Certificate in Reading Science. My professional experience and training allow me to bring together literacy expertise, instructional leadership, evidence-based practices, and practical school improvement strategies.

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside educators and school leaders to translate research into classroom practice. My work is grounded in evidence-based literacy practices, the Science of Reading, Structured Literacy, explicit instruction, data informed decision making, and effective instructional coaching.
